who is responsible

the controller of your personal data is Maciej Szela, running a sole proprietorship in poland, ul. Kujawska 12, 45-311 Opole, NIP 7543370354. knoby is a brand, not a separate company. contact for anything about your data: maciej@instant-engineering.com.

what we collect

your email address, the date and time you confirmed it, the version of the consent you gave, where you came from (for example a link from reddit), and, only if you choose to answer, what brings you here.

why and on what basis

to send you emails about T1N-P0T: build updates and the crowdfunding launch. the legal basis is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). you confirm it twice: by ticking the box and by clicking the link in our confirmation email. electronic marketing to you also relies on this consent under polish law.

who processes it for us

emails and the list are handled by Resend (usa), and the website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (usa). transfers outside the EU rely on the safeguards in these providers' data processing agreements (standard contractual clauses). we don't sell or share your email with anyone else.

how long

until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than until the T1N-P0T crowdfunding campaign ends plus 12 months. unconfirmed sign-ups are never stored: the confirmation link expires after 7 days.

your rights

you can withdraw consent at any time (the unsubscribe link in every email, or just write to us), without affecting anything we did before. you can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object. you can also complain to the polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
